- 3 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended and creamy.
- Gently fold in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until the crackers are coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving.
