Description

A creamy and cheesy spinach and artichoke dip that is perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup Canned Artichoke Hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Add the spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • This dip can be served warm or at room temperature with chips, crackers, or bread.
  • For a spicier dip, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
