Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and freeze a ripe banana ahead of time for the creamiest texture.
  2. Add banana, almond milk, collagen, cocoa powder, almond butter, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with more almond milk if needed.
