Description

Delicious French bread pizza topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6-inch loaf) french bread
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce (or use marinara sauce or pizza sauce)
  • 4 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Cut the bread in half crosswise, then slice each piece lengthwise. You should have two pizza halves.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the cut sides.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  5. Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are lightly crisp, about 10 minutes.
