- 4 medium Bosc or Anjou pears
- 1 cup creamy goat cheese
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts (optional), toasted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Halve and core the pears, placing them cut-side up in the dish.
- Stuff each pear half with goat cheese and sprinkle cranberries on top.
- Drizzle honey generously over the stuffed pears.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender yet maintain their shape.
