Description

Delicious and elegant stuffed pears drizzled with honey and topped with cranberries and walnuts.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Bosc or Anjou pears
  • 1 cup creamy goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (optional), toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. Halve and core the pears, placing them cut-side up in the dish.
  4. Stuff each pear half with goat cheese and sprinkle cranberries on top.
  5. Drizzle honey generously over the stuffed pears.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender yet maintain their shape.
