Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
- 1 medium apple (diced, preferably a sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced apple, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
