Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the salmon fillets by patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Combine the bourbon, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Brush the glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
