Description

A quick and delicious stir-fried bok choy dish seasoned with soy sauce and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound bok choy (washed and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 2 scallions sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add the chopped bok choy.
  3. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
  4. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Transfer the bok choy to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
