- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp honey, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese.
- Use a hand mixer on medium speed to whip the mixture until smooth and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, vanilla extract, and honey to taste.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as necessary.
- Gently fill serving dishes with the mixture.
- Let sit in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes for a thicker texture.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit, crushed graham crackers, or chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
