Delicious and crispy air fryer chicken with gluten-free coating.
Ingredients

- 4 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano (or marjoram)
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, thighs, and legs (bone-in and skin-on)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 Tablespoon garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon onion powder, and 1 Tablespoon dried oregano, and whisk together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs and 3/4 cup milk.
- Dip each piece of the 2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, thighs, and legs in the egg mixture, and then the flour mixture, coating well. Repeat the dipping process.
- Once all the chicken is coated, spray your air fryer cooking basket with oil spray and preheat to 350°F.
- Lightly spray 2-3 pieces of chicken with the oil spray and place in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature of each piece is 165°F, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
- The flour mixture can be adjusted for different flavors.
- Make sure the chicken pieces are of similar size for even cooking.
