Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans Refrigerated Grands Cinnamon Rolls (17 oz cans – 5 cinnamon rolls in each)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 tablespoons Butter (divided)
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the cinnamon rolls in an even layer in the pan and set the icing that comes with the cinnamon roll packages aside for later.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls and make sure it gets between the cinnamon rolls as well.
- In a small mixing bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter and stir in the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes to brown the cinnamon rolls.
- Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let them set while you prepare the frosting for the cinnamon rolls.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, place the remaining butter and cream cheese. Microwave this mixture for 30 seconds to soften the ingredients. Then beat together the cream cheese and butter with a hand held mixer.
- Add in the 2 packages of icing that came in the cinnamon roll packages and the powdered sugar. Beat with the mixer until the icing is creamy.
- Spread the icing evenly over the cinnamon rolls. Serve while warm and enjoy!
