Description

This cheesy pepperoni casserole is perfect for gatherings and snack time. A creamy blend of cheeses topped with pepperoni and marinara makes it irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (more for garnish)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup marinara (or pizza sauce)
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni (or about 15 regular pepperonis)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parsley (very finely chopped)
  • Bagel chips
  • Garlic toast
  • Baked pita chips
  • Roasted garlic bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. With a hand mixer, beat together cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, and cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes. Spread into an even layer in a 9-inch casserole dish.
  3. Spread marinara over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 ½ cups mozzarella and ¼ cup Parmesan over the marinara. Top with pepperoni.
  4. Bake about 25-45 minutes, until the cheese is browned at the edges and bubbly all over.
  5. Garnish with red pepper flakes and a few shakes of Italian seasoning. Serve with mini bagel chips, French bread, garlic toast, or pizza sliders.
