Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add thyme, salt, and pepper after the onions are caramelized.
- Add the broth and bring to a gentle simmer; then add the gnocchi.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top generously with Gruyère cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
