Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- After chilling, slice the logs into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
- Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
