Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
