Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping the vegetables finely.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Gently fold in celery, red onion, and herbs without mashing.
- Carefully add crab meat, folding gently to keep chunks intact.
- Season with salt and pepper; mix lightly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For best flavor, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
