  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
