Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions
