- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangoes into small, even cubes.
- Finely chop the red onion, cucumber, and jalapeño.
- Combine mango, onion, cucumber, and jalapeño in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss all ingredients together.
- Squeeze in fresh lime juice and season with salt and black pepper.
- Toss again to evenly distribute flavors.
- Let the salsa rest for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.
- Serve chilled with chips, tacos, or your favorite grilled protein.
Notes
- For a spicier salsa, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
