Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 0 medium red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes into small, even cubes.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, cucumber, and jalapeño.
  3. Combine mango, onion, cucumber, and jalapeño in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss all ingredients together.
  5. Squeeze in fresh lime juice and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Toss again to evenly distribute flavors.
  7. Let the salsa rest for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.
  8. Serve chilled with chips, tacos, or your favorite grilled protein.
