Description
Delicious shrimp and broccoli stir-fry prepared with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping broccoli into bite-sized florets, mincing garlic, and grating ginger.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch mixture; pour over broccoli and stir to coat.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, toss everything together for another minute until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
