Ingredients

- 2 cups apples, diced (preferably a mix of sweet and tart)
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, chopped celery, and walnuts. Pour the prepared dressing over the fruit and nut mixture. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve: Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Spoon the salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
Notes
- For extra crunch, lightly toast the walnuts before adding them to the salad.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
