Description
A creamy and delicious tahini dressing perfect for salads and dips.
Ingredients
Scale
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (~1 large lemon)
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- dash black pepper
- ¼–⅓ cup water (more as needed to thin it out)
Instructions
- Option 1: add all the dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
- Option 2: finely mince or grate the garlic. Then add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until emulsified or use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Notes
- This dressing can be adjusted by adding more or less water depending on desired consistency.
- Try adding herbs or spices for additional flavor.
