Instructions
- Add penne, broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 4–6 minutes (depending on pasta package instructions). Quick release the pressure when done.
- Stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add optional ingredients like cooked chicken or vegetables, and stir until heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.
