Description

  3. Stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add optional ingredients like cooked chicken or vegetables, and stir until heated through.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.
