Description

A delicious cheese log made with cream cheese, goat cheese, cranberries, and pistachios.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz goat cheese or feta, softened
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
  • Crackers or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Shape cheese mixture into a log on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Spread chopped cranberries and pistachios evenly over the log, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Wrap the log in parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Slice or serve whole with crackers or baguette slices.

  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
