- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup toasted pecans
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Scoop and roll into mini balls.
- Mix chopped cranberries and pecans. Roll each ball until coated.
- Place on plate, garnish with rosemary. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- These cheese balls can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute nuts or dried fruits based on preference.
