Instructions
- Preheat your oven and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until glossy and smooth.
- Stir in eggs, orange zest, and vanilla.
- Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Once combined, stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the pan and bake until just set in the center. Let the bars cool completely before frosting.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Spread frosting over the cooled bars, drizzle with melted white chocolate, and sprinkle with dried cranberries. Chill slightly, then slice into triangles.
