  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until glossy and smooth.
  2. Stir in eggs, orange zest, and vanilla.
  3. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Once combined, stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the pan and bake until just set in the center. Let the bars cool completely before frosting.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest.
