- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Prepare the Coffee Dip:
- Pour the cooled brewed coffee into a shallow dish.
- Assemble the Layers:
- Quickly dip each savoiardi biscuit into the coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle a layer of crushed Oreo cookies over the mascarpone.
- Repeat the Layers:
- Repeat the process with another layer of coffee-dipped biscuits.
- Add the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
- Sprinkle more crushed Oreo cookies on top.
- Chill the Tiramisu:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve:
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with whole Oreo cookies.
Notes
- Ensure the coffee is fully cooled before dipping the biscuits to avoid them becoming too soggy.
- Experiment with flavored coffee or add a splash of coffee liqueur for an extra kick.
- For a lighter texture, consider blending some egg whites into stiff peaks and folding them into the mascarpone cream.
- Use a spatula to spread the mascarpone mixture evenly to ensure a smooth finish and even layers.
