Description

A fun and whimsical dessert that looks like a deer’s face, perfect for parties!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Hazelnut
  • 1/2 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate
  • 23 Kiwis (sliced)
  • 12 Oranges
  • 6 Breadsticks
  • 1 cup Crackers
  • 1/3 cup Jelly candies
  • 1/3 cup Marshmallow
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping the cream to stiff peaks. Divide into 2 parts. Add 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate to one half to get light brown cream.
  2. Add the rest of the chocolate to the second part to get dark brown cream. This will be the face of a deer. Use a pastry bag.
  3. Make eyes from marshmallows, pupils from drops of dark chocolate, line your mouth with chocolate drops, and the nose is a jelly raspberry.
  4. Make horns from breadsticks, add blueberries on top, then add green gummy candies and gummy raspberries.
  5. Place chopped kiwi on the side. In the corners, add grapes and sliced orange.
  6. Top with crackers and coconut flakes. On the side, add hazelnuts and more crackers.
  7. Finish by adding almonds and marshmallows.
