Delicious chocolate-covered yogurt clusters with strawberries and raspberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups chopped strawberries and/or raspberries
  • 1 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder until smooth. Fold in the diced strawberries and raspberries.
  2. Scoop 10 yogurt clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour until solid.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
