- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chopped bacon, and jalapeños. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the Bites: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prepare Coating Stations: Set up three bowls. Place the flour in the first bowl. In the second bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Bites: Dredge each ball in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Preheat Oil: In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

- Drain and Serve: Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjusting Spice Level: For a milder taste, use fewer jalapeños or substitute with diced green bell peppers.
- Texture Variation: Try adding some panko breadcrumbs to the coating mixture for extra crunch.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven for a crisp finish.
