Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper.
- Prepare Bread Rounds: Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Spread Garlic Butter: Generously spread the garlic butter mixture onto each bread round.
- Add Cheese: Top each buttered round with a generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Garnish: Remove from oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
- Serve: Serve warm. Optionally drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.
