Delicious and easy-to-make blueberry brie bites served in flaky phyllo cups, perfect for appetizers or parties.

- 30 mini phyllo shells
- 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons blueberry jam or honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- Fresh thyme leaves or lemon zest, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Add a cube of Brie to each shell.
- Top with 1–2 blueberries and a small dollop of jam or drizzle of honey if desired.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with thyme or lemon zest if using. Serve warm.
Notes
- Make sure to handle phyllo dough carefully, as it can dry out quickly.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
