Description

Delicious and easy-to-make blueberry brie bites served in flaky phyllo cups, perfect for appetizers or parties.


Ingredients

  • 30 mini phyllo shells
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam or honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Fresh thyme leaves or lemon zest, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Add a cube of Brie to each shell.
  3. Top with 1–2 blueberries and a small dollop of jam or drizzle of honey if desired.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with thyme or lemon zest if using. Serve warm.
