- ¼ cup fig jam
- ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
- optional drizzle honey
Instructions
- Add the goat cheese to a serving platter or shallow bowl. Spread it in an even layer, mashing it down a bit with the back of a heavy spoon.
- Carefully spread the fig jam in an even layer on top of the goat cheese.
- Add the crushed pistachios on top. Optional: drizzle with honey.
