Description

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fig jam
  • ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
  • optional drizzle honey

Instructions

  1. Add the goat cheese to a serving platter or shallow bowl. Spread it in an even layer, mashing it down a bit with the back of a heavy spoon.
  2. Carefully spread the fig jam in an even layer on top of the goat cheese.
  3. Add the crushed pistachios on top. Optional: drizzle with honey.
