Description
Delicious and juicy sirloin steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a buttery garlic sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Steak Cubes: Cut the sirloin into thick, juicy cubes for the best sear. Season generously with salt, pepper, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
- Sear to Perfection: Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high. Toss in the steak bites and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until perfectly browned.
- Add That Cowboy Butter Sauce: Push steak to one side of the pan, melt butter, then stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Let it sizzle for 1 minute.
- Toss and Coat: Stir the steak into the buttery garlic sauce to coat evenly. Cook another minute until everything smells amazing.
- Garnish & Serve Hot: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve straight from the skillet.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for 30 minutes with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
